Kai-Shahm’l-Kai

Pronunciation:  KAI-SHAH-m’l-KAI

Occurrences:  none

See:  Adamic Language, Areta, Kai

Summary:  According to Wood (aka Azrael), the “Kai-Shahm’l-Kai” is the name of the oracle that represents Areta — the Universal Consciousness that first awoke in the Void, to later become the creator of life and the Supreme and Sovereign Mother of Heaven (3:1:19-49; 7:1:1-4). An English translation of “Kai-Shahml’-Kai” is: “the power before power” or “the power before God’s power”.

The oracle portrays a winged serpent, which concept originated in part from the Coat of Arms designed by Kronus Maximillius to designate his House in the world of the First Power (3:21:21). The Coat of Arms portrayed a serpent on one side and a dove carrying a lightning bolt on the other. The concept was likely inspired by Kronus’ mother (Areta) when he was child.

An artistic expression of the Kai-Shahm’l-Kai is portrayed on the spine of the “Song of God” (2008, 2015). The symbol is also portrayed in a registered trademark of the True Gnostic Church:

Notes/References:

Now there appeared in the arbor, Kronus Maximillius, being dressed in the finest of purple tunics, and wearing a gold breastplate which bore the emblems of his house; for the Coat of Arms which Kronus made did comprise a shield of war, divided in half; and on the one half was there seen a great serpent, while on the other was there found a dove which did but carry a lightning bolt.

3rd Endowment 21:21

Behold, I send you forth as sheep among the wolves; be you therefore wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
