Summary: Little is known concerning the regions of Endahu Segoiya or the Mullakai, other than it describes the relative location of the ‘gates of the Keep’, which location was apparently unknown to most or all the members of the Elohim (6:8:33). It was there that the Elohim summoned the Azraella Ahgendai, trusting he would agree to help stabilize the dispensations on the world of the First Power (6th Endowment 8:23-45).
