Craetius

Pronunciation:  KRAY-tee-uhs

Occurrences:  2  (Azrael’s Commentary - Zorakis)

See:  Zorakis

Summary:  Craetius was the son of Zorakis, a wealthy vintner who lived near the city of Tiberius in the days of Yeshua.

According to Azrael’s Commentary:

“...Craetius was healed by Yeshua through the laying on of a small cloak which had been anointed with oil (Y:9:38-43). In later years, Craetius wrote an account of Yeshua and his teachings, which were read widely in the Christian churches of Asia Minor. His writings became the source material for the Gospel of Peter.”
