Summary: In the empire of Drakonia during the days of Kronus Maximillius, Markus Tobias was the First Councilor of War under the Supreme Commander, Seti-Kahn. His appearance was intimidating and gruesome, as his face was badly scarred from wounds acquired in battle (3:23:48). As the Chief Adjutant General (3:24:13), Tobias oversaw the coordination of all major military operations. He and Seti-Kahn shared a mutual hatred for Kronus, whose military cunning and brilliance had earned the favor of the Emperor (3:24:61). Tobias helped Seti-Kahn conspire against the career and life of Kronus, but their efforts were never successful.
