Now in the capital of Trajenium did there gather in the House of War, the greatest of the generals and admirals which held command over all the armed forces of the empire; and there sat in power over them, a man called Seti-Kahn, being appointed by the Emperor, the Supreme Commander over all military forces.

Summary: During the First Track of the world of the First Power, the Supreme Commander of the Drakonian military was a man named Seti-Kahn (3:2:51). This position made Seti-Kahn the third most powerful man in the empire, subject only to the Emperor and the Regent. Seti-Kahn achieved the office of Supreme Commander by killing his father, Suli-Kahn, who held the office before him (AZC — Seti-Kahn).

When Seti-Kahn was executed after being convicted of treason and conspiracy, his position as Supreme Commander was filled by his son, Kronus Maximillius (3:30:1)
