For this I speak unto you for your learning: Behold, you are Azrael, Lord and Prince of the Seven Steps, Protector of the Keep. Surely, you are become even as a son unto the Most High God.

Summary: The phrase “Seven Steps” is used primarily in conjunction with a title designating the Azraella Ahgendai, who was foreordained by The One to be the “Guardian” and “Lord and Prince of the Seven Steps” (W:20:4; E:2:46; 2:12:14). It is likely that the “Seven Steps” refers to the seven moons of Mahaliel, the celestial planet and dwelling place of the most exalted Gods and Goddesses of Heaven (W:24:18(?); W:28:15). Mahaliel is the home planet of the Ahgendai, as well as the First God, as represented by The One and Areta (5:11:57-58). The seven moons of Mahaliel serve as way stations and “steps” for those progressing towards exaltation in the kingdom of the Ahgendai.
